Most clubs sign players from family and friends instead of doing proper scouting for outstanding talents into their teams and it has gone a long way to affect the game in general

There is no competition among these players which is the results of their struggles and has gone down to affected the transfer value of our players nowadays

This is a plead to clubs to take this into consideration and start putting measures in place to make the work of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) work easier
