Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boateng was instrumental for Alcorcon in their convincing 3-1 win against SD Ponferradina in the Spanish La Liga 2 on Sunday afternoon

The midfielder played full throttle on the day and capped off his performance with an assist in the match

Alcorcon went into the break with a two goal lead and added a third before the away side scored a consolation before the end of the encounter

The assist is Boateng’s second of the season with five goals as well so far in 21 league matches

Alcorcon sits 12th on the league table after 25 matches with 33 points
