Female sensational Grace Asantewaa name Most Valuable Player for EDF Logrono

Ghanaian female international, Grace Asantewaa has been named the Most Valuable Player for EDF Logrono at the club’s award ceremony last night in Spain

The former Ampem Darkoa Ladies midfielder joined the Spanish Primera Iberdrola outfit in September and has been instrumental for her club since joining featuring in twelve matches for the club with one assist to her name

She has been outstanding for the club despite joining them half way into the season and surprisely awarded for her efforts with the personal accolade

The 19 year old midfielder won the Women’s Premier League and Cup double twice in 2015-16 and 2016-2017 seasons and was voted the Best Player of the Normalization Committee Women’s Special Competition tournament before her move to Spain
