Black Stars defender Kasim Adams strike to send Fortuna Dusseldorf to the next stage of the DFB Pokal Cup competition in Germany on Wednesday night

The defender was instrumental at the back line for Dusseldorf as his decisive header earned his side a place in the next round of the competition

The goal is his second for the club since joining them on-loan from bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim in the summer

Compatriots Nana Anpomah came on in the 46th minute for Dusseldorf while striker Bernard Tekpetey watched the encounter from the bench as well for Fortuna Dusseldorf

A 75th minute goal by Kasim Adams completed the comeback for Fortuna Dusseldorf against lower tier side Erzgebirge Aue on the night
