WAFU 2019: Huge boost for Black Stars B as defender Ibrahim Imoro returns from injury ahead of the final against Senegal

Head coach Maxwell Konadu and his team has been handed huge boost as instrumental left back Ibrahim Imoro returned from injury ahead and Sunday’s final against Senegal in the on-going WAFU Competition

The former Karela United defended sat out of the team’s semi finals encounter against Ivory Coast due to a knee injury he picked ahead of the game

The defender has since returned to training ahead of the final on Sunday and has handed coach Maxwell Konadu a huge boost

The Black stars B booked their spot in the finals after beating Ivory Coast 3-1 and will come face to face against host nation Senegal after they defeated Mali 2-0

Coach Maxwell Konadu and his side will be hoping to win the trophy for the third time and second successive trophy as well

Kick off is at 5:00pm on Sunday, October 13
