Division One club, Wa Suntaa SC have appointed midfielder Kanyiri Samad Alonso as the club’s new skipper for the new season

The dynamic midfielder takes over from former skipper Frimpong who has left the club ahead of the start of the season

Kanyiri Samad Alonso joined the division one side from lower tier club Biyad 77 Stars a couple of seasons ago and has been a key component of the side since joining the We Believe boys

Samad Alonso has now been given the daunting task of leading the club to the promise land of qualifying to the elite top-flight league in the country
