Phoenix Rising FC fought back to earn a deserving 4-2 win over Tacoma Defiance in the USL championship and in form Solomon Asante was the orchestra of the come back with an assist and a goal in the victory over opponents Tacoma Defiance
Phoenix Rising FC took an early lead in the second minute of the contest as Solomon Asante teamed up American forward Adam Jahn perfectly to score
Tacoma Defiance responded well to the early shock and turn the game around to take a 2-1 lead in the game with goals from American forward Shandon Hopeau from the spot and Kenyan midfielder Handwalla Bwana in the 26th and 72nd minutes respectively

The victory means Phoenix Rising FC sets the longest league winning streak in American professional soccer history with sixteen straight wins, topping a mark shared with MLS side, LA Galaxy in the 1997-98 season. Phoenix Rising FC have also extended their USL record of seven winning streak away from home
The goal and assist further increased Solomon’s impressive form in front of goals and assists to 19 and 13 respectively in the USL championship making him the top scorer as well as top assist provider in the league
Phoenix Rising FC remain on the summit with 59 points after match day 25 in the USL championship, Western Conference. Next is an away trip to Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on Sunday September 1
