UNITY FC OWNER RICHMOND OSEI, REFEREE NSIAH TO APPEAR BEFORE ETHICS COMMITTEE
The Ethics Committee of the Ghana Football Association has summoned Mr. Richmond Osei, owner of Division One Club Unity FC and Referee Daniel Kwame Nsiah to appear at it’s sitting on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the GFA secretariat.
Mr. Osei has been hurled, before the committee to explain why he should not be punished for his involvement in an alleged match manipulation.
Mr. Osei is alleged to have made an attempt to use a third party officiating official, Daniel Kwame Nsiah to fix their National Division One League, Zone one match against Wa Suntaa FC in a Match Day 8 fixture.
It would be recalled that the GFA Integrity Officer last week opened an investigation into the conduct of referee Daniel Kwame Nsiah and his report has been forwarded to the Ethics Committee for necessary action.
