UCL: Richmond Boakye Yiadom Influential for Red Star Belgrade in their 2-2 draw with Young Boys

Ghanaian attacker Richmond Boakye Yiadom was influential and caused a whole lot of problems at the opposition’s half in their 2-2 draw away from home in the first leg of the final round of qualifier of the Uefa champions league in Switzerland

The home side took an early lead through Ivorian forward Roger Assale in the 7th minute of the game before Australian defender Milos Degenek pulled parity for Red Star Belgrade 11 minutes later

Argetine midfielder Mateo Garcia scored in the first minute of recess to give the away side the lead before France international Guillaume Hoarau scored from the spot kick to level the game for the home with 14 minutes to end the encounter

Richmond Boakye Yiadom was replaced on 77th minute of the game. Red Star Belgrade will host the second leg of the tie next week at home in Serbia
