Turkish side MKE Ankaragücü complete loan deal for Joseph Paintsil
Turkish side MKE Ankaragücü have completed the signing of talented Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil on a season long loan from KRC Genk.
The Ghanaian has been given another chance to revive his career following his struggles last season.
Paintsil was out of the plans of Genk manager Hannes Wolf for the 2020/2021 season paving way for him to demand a move so he can have more playing time.
Paintsil has not played for Genk this season, and has not made the match day Squad since the first league game.
The Ghanaian has struggled for regular playing time, leading to the decision to part ways with the club on temporary basis.
Paintsil joined Genk in July 2018 from Ghana side Tema Youth FC after a successful loan spell at Hungarian outfit Ferencvàrosi TC.
The Ghanaian International scored just once in the Belgian top-flight last season featuring in 18 games.
