TOKYO 2020: Black Queens Hold to a Barren Draw By Harambee Starlets

The Black Queens were this afternoon held to a 0-0 draw at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first leg of the third round of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

From the open exchanges of the first half to the final whistle of the game the visitors were able to negate every attempt by the host. Their game plan worked to perfection leaving coach Mercy Tagoe and side all lost for ideas.

The effervescent Ernestina Abambila and the experienced Portia Boakye huffed and puffed but to no avail.

The return leg in Kenya will be a tall order for the Black Queens.
