The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) Throw Out Wilfred Osei Kwaku’s Appeal Against The Ghana Football Association
Tema Youth president Wilfred Osei Kweku Palmer has lost his case against the Ghana Football Association (GFA) at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
The Swiss-based organisation dismissed all the issues raised against the GFA by Palmer claiming he was unfairly disqualified from the GFA presidential race and fined in addition.
The Tema Youth bankroller was challenging the GFA Presidential election after an unfair elimination from the presidential race 11-months ago.
Palmer was confident CAS would announce a decision to uphold his quest for the annulment of the election and for fresh polls to decide on a new President for the Ghana Football, but all attempts have ended now.
