The Best! Issahaku Wahidu adjudged Best Player of UWRFA Div II League

The silky midfielder had another stellar campaign in the league this season where he amassed eleven (11) goals, just one (1) behind top scorer Samuel Awuah.

Issahaku Wahidu’s goals include the only hat-trick in the Middle league competition, scoring three (3) against Kowie Eva Stars in a 4-0 thrashing for his Club Wa Power SC.

Nicknamed ‘Essien’, the skillful and intelligent Attacking midfielder has been ever present for Power SC, starting in all nineteen (19) matches as they went without a defeat.

He has scored all his goals from open play and also created numerous chances for his teammates, winning four (4) MVP’s as a result.

With Power SC emerged victors, Issahaku Wahidu is a player many will look up to in the Access Bank Division One League next season with his vast experience in Ghana Premier League and Division One League for Aduana Stars, Bolga All Stars, Eleven Wonders and Wa Suntaa.
