Sung Shining Ladies FC and FC Savanna Ladies earns Malta Guinness Women Premier League Promotion

Wa based women football club, Sung Shining Ladies FC together with Tamale based FC Savanna Ladies have gained promotion to next season’s Malta Guinness Women Premier League

Sung Shining Ladies won four matches and lost a single game of the final day of the GFA Regional Women’s Championship to eventual group winners FC Savanna Ladies

Sung Shining Ladies FC throughout the qualifying process scored 14 goals and conceded 2 goals from the 5 matches played in the competition

Qualification was in limbo after Candy Soccer Academy Ladies filed a protest case against them which delayed their confirmed qualification

The case was throw away to give way to their outstanding achievements at the competition

The club is making a comeback to the top flight league after seven seasons out of the competition
