Ghanaian duo of Abubakar Kashaf and Wahidu Mumuni proved supremacy over compatriot Zakaria Issahaque as Mogadishu City FC earn a narrow 2-1 win in the second game of the General Da’ud Cup competition
Zakaria Issahaque played full throttle for Elman SC on the day and was influential for his side through out the contest whipping in crosses from the right flank and had two of his efforts on goal saved by the opposition goalkeeper
Abubakar Kashaf also lasted the entire duration of the match for Mogadishu City FC in his second outing with the club since joining and proved to be a trusted pillar at the back line for his side throughout the match while team-mate Wahidu Mumuni came on as a second half substitute and was an instant hit in the middle of the pitch as he seized control of the midfield for his side on their way to victory
A brace from Marcello in the 8th and 70th minutes respectively and a consolation from Jamaal in the 11th minute of the contest settled the score between the two sides on the day
Elman SC had a goal controversial ruled out on the day by the referee as Mogadishu City FC were awarded a very dubious spot kick on their way to victory on the day
