Saudi: Ghanaian defender Samuel Sarfo goal not enough as Al-Khaleej fall to a heavy defeat at home against Obod Club

Former Liberty Professional captain Samuel Sarfo is not resting on his laurels as he continue to display man of the match performances for his new club Al-Khaleej in the Saudi Professional league

The defender scored his side’s only goal of the match as they lost 3-1 to Obod club

Hussain Al Sheikh opened the scoring in the 26th minute of the match to give Obod club the lead heading to the break

Samuel Sarfo scored the equalizer one minute into the second half of the match to score his fourth goal of the season

Two further goals from Mohammed Al Ghamdi and Mohammed Al Enezi in the 74th and 84th minutes respectively sealed a comfortable win for Obod club

Al-Khaleej sits ninth on the table with nine points after six matches to the season. Next is an away clash against Jeddah Club on Sunday, September 29
