Ghana’s ambassador to Egypt, His Excellence Winfred Nii Okai Hammond on Sunday evening dines with the technical and playing body of the Black Meteors at his residence ahead of their semi-finals encounter against Ivory Coast

The Black Meteors booked their place in the semi-finals of the competition haven had to do it the hard way on the final day of the group phrase against Mali were they won 2-0 after victory for Egypt over Cameroon sealed their progress at the tournament

The team after training today went over to the residence of the ambassador were they were served with local Ghanaian dishes on the day

Right after hosting the Black Meteors, His Excellence Winfred Nii Okai Hammond has some words of inspiration for the team ahead of Tuesday’s semi-final match against Cote D’Ivoire where he urged the team to go all on Tuesday against their West African counterparts and make the nation proud as well as themselves
