The Black Meteors of Ghana has this night held their final training session in preparation for their opening game at the Afcon U23 Championship against Cameroon

The team was taken through series of drills on the night as they walked around the Cairo National Stadium to get accustomed with the playing surface ahead of the encounter tomorrow

Coach Ibrahim Tanko has no injury issues to worty about in camp as he faces selection delima with spirits high among all players

Ghana is competing at the tournament for the first time and will hope to begin on a positive note on the day

The game will be played at the Cairo International Stadium on Friday, November 8 at 8:00pm
