Phillipines: Ghanaian forward Jordan Mintah’s brace powers Kaya-Ioilo to second in the Phillipines football league

Ghanaian forward Jordan Mintah scored twice to help guide Kaya-Ioilo to second on the league table in the Phillipines top-flight league on Saturday morning

The 24 year old forward lasted the entire 90 minutes of the contest as they earned a comfortable home victory against Stallion Laguna

Mintah scored both goals in the first half of the match in the 38th and 42nd minutes respectively to give his side the lead heading to the break

Stallion Laguna pulled one back after Jesus Melliza calmly converted from the spot in the 65th minute of the match before Darryl Roberts scored with a minute to end the encounter to give Kaya-Ioilo a 3-1 win
