Mudasiru Salifu out for few weeks injured, confirmed by Asante Kotoko SC

The high profile midfielder picked a metatarsal bone injury during the side’s pre-season training.

Reports from the team’s camp indicate that the player will be out of action for few weeks after being diagnosed.

Mudasiru is the second player at the club to be ruled out ahead of the season alongside Richard Senanu.

Salifu has been a key member of the side since joining in 2019.

Asante Kotoko will open their 2020/21 Ghana Premier League campaign with a home game against Techiman Eleven Wonders FC.
