Midfielder Umar Bashiru ditches Legon Cities FC for Great Olympics

Umar Bashiru is set to sign for Ghana premier league side Accra Great Olympics in the on-going second round transfer window

The former West African Football Academy and Kumasi Asante Kotoko will join the club for the remainder of the 2019/20 Ghana premier league season

The former Kano Pillars midfielder has been training with mega rich Legon Cities Football Club with the hope of signing for them but has seen a quick turn of events as both parties failed to agree on terms

He is joining Great Olympics for the short term with an option to sign permanent with the club the following league season

The Accra based club are bolstering their squad for the remainder of the season as they seek to consolidate their status in the top-flight league
