Match Report: Young Heroes FC 0-3 Wa Power SC

Wa Power SC returned to winning ways in the Upper West Regional Division Two League on Saturday afternoon against Young Heroes FC.

The ‘We can’ boys netted three unanswered goals to pick all three points at the Wa Technical University Park on MatchDay 4 in group C.

center-back Alidu Fuseini scored the opener early into the game, season debutant Abdul Rauf doubled the lead moments later to put results beyond doubt before the break. Captain of Wa Power SC Abdul Moomin then put the icing on the cake twenty minutes into the second half.

The victory takes Power SC to 9 points, 1 point behind leaders Ziko Babies. Young Heroes FC remain without a point or goal in the league after four games, with 9 goals conceded.
