Massive relieve as Club Licensing Board approves the Wa Sports Stadium as home ground for Wa Suntaa SC
Wa Suntaa SC has been handed a huge boost ahead of the new season as the club licensing board has approved of the use of the Wa Sports Stadium as their home ground in the National Division One League
With the nature of the venue, concerns were raised over the eligibility of the ground for the upcoming season but upon critical inspection by officials of the club licensing board ahead of the start of the season, the venue have been approved conditionally for the club
This comes as a welcoming news to soccer loving fans in the region and to management of the club as well as they are saved from playing their home matches elsewhere in the league
Six match day venues have been approved across the three zones of the competition with four centers been declined by the club licensing board and remaining thirty-eight match venues given conditional approval ahead of the new season
Wa Suntaa SC travel away to the Tamale on Match Day 1 of the season to battle Yendi Gbewaa this weekend
