Jordan Ayew named SWAG Male Footballer of the year

Crystal Palace striker Jordan Ayew has won the Sports Writers Association of Ghana Male Footballer of the Year Award.

Jordan beat international teammates Thomas Partey and Mubarak Wakaso for the prestigious award.

In the 2019/20 season, Ayew scored 9 goals in the English Premier League with 2 assists for Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Ayew was named Crystal Palace Player of the Year, Players’ Player of the Year, and scored the goal of the season for palace against West Ham United in a solo effort.

The 45th ceremony took place at the Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel in Accra.
