Impressive debut for Wahidu Mumuni as he inspire Elman SC to a draw on the open day of the 2019/20 season

Ghanaian international Wahidu Mumuni impressed on his debut for new club Elman Sporting Club in their 1-1 stalemate at home against Hegan Football Club on match day 1 of the Somali top-flight league on Saturday afternoon

The former Wa AllStars defender joined the Somali outfit on a two deal a few days ago and was on hand to make his full debut for the club as he starred throughout the entire duration of the match

Compatriot defender Zakaria Issahaque also saw 90 minutes for Elman Sporting Club as the pair teamed up at the back line to help their side to a hard fought draw infront of their home fans

The vastly experienced Wahidu Mumuni was influential at the heart of defence of his new side with key interceptions and blocks throughout the entire 90 minutes as he instantly became fans favourite with his man of the match performance on the day
