Impressive Centre-Half ‘Baba Wahid Issah’ bags 2nd MVP in UWR Division 2 League

The Young and energetic Defender was on top of his game as usual with a scintillating display at Douri Presby Park against Malima FC on MatchDay 5.

Malima FC broke the deadlock early but Power SC made amends and completed the comeback before halftime with goals from Garry Philip and Kanwei Fuowie.

It turned into an end to end action in the second half with both teams coming close to scoring again. Baba Wahid impressively kept Power SC in the lead with timely tackles and winning almost all aerial duels against the towering striker of Malima FC.

It ended with the 2-1 score line and and the coordinator’s obvious pick for the Most Valuable Player accolade was Baba Wahid Issah, walking home with his second so far this season.
