Iddrisu Abdulai won the accolade ahead of Black Stars goalkeeper Jojo Wollacott and Asante Kotoko goalie Ibrahim Danlad haven accumulated the highest number of votes

Iddrisu Abdulai ended the league season with 18 clean sheets from 31 top flight appearances for Bechem United FC to set a record of most clean sheets ever recorded in the league

The ever improving goalkeeper conceded 18 league goals throughout the season to guide Bechem United FC to a 3rd place finish

He won 2 MVP awards throughout the season and also recorded 7 successive clean sheets for the Hunters during the season

The goalkeeper is currently in camp with the Black Stars B team as they intensify preparations for the upcoming CHAN qualifiers
