Hearts Of Oak officially announce the appointment of Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto as new Technical Director

Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have officially announced the appointment of Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto as new Technical Director.

Edward Nii Odoom has been serving as Head Coach since the beginning of last season.

The 46-year old arrived in Ghana earlier this week ahead of his appointment.

Odoom is expected to be assistant to the Portuguese gaffer for the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.

Hearts of Oak announced on their Twitter handle on Thursday that Portuguese tactician Carlos Pinto has joined the Phobian family.

“Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto is our new Technical Director. Welcome to the Rainbow Family.

Akwaaba 🥰👍💪 🔴🟡🔵 #AHOSC”

Pinto has previously handled Angolan clubs Clube Recreativo da Caala and Recreativo de Libolo, and Ethiopian giants Saint George SA.
