Ghanaian striker Elvis Manu joins Bulgarian champions Ludogorets Razgrad

Bulgarian champions Ludogorets have signed Ghanaian striker Elvis Manu, the club has announced.

The 27-year old is making a return to Europe after leaving Chinese Super League side Beijing Renhe.

He scored one goal in 12 appearances last season in China.

Manu teams up with Ghana striker Bernard Tekpetey who signed for the Champions League campaigners on loan from Schalke 04.

He previously played for Feyenoord, Go Ahead Eagles, Brighton Hove & Albion, Huddersfield Town, Gençlerbirliği and Akhisarspor.

A Dutch youth star, Manu switched international allegiance to Ghana in 2015 but he is yet to receive a call-up to the Black Stars since filing his application. He qualified to play for Ghana through his parents.
