Ghanaian International Kennedy Kofi Boateng Joins CD Santa Clara In Portugal

Ghanaian defender Kennedy Kofi Boateng has joined Portuguese league side CD Santa Clara ahead of the new football season

The young defender has signed a two year contract with the Portuguese side joining from Austrian top flight league side SV Ried

The former West African Football Academy defender enjoyed an impressive season with SV Ried in the Austrian top flight league

Kennedy Kofi Boateng left the shores of Ghana to Austria at the age of 19 from premier league side WAFA to join LASK Linz though he never made a senior appearance for the side

He spent the last four seasons in Austria playing for SV Ried where he established himself as one of the stand out star for the club throughout his time with them

He is set to link up with his new team mates for pre-season ahead of the new football season
