Ghanaian forward Ernest Asante joins Cypriot champions Omonia Nicosia

The Ghanaian left United Arab Emirates side Al-Fujairah in June, after just six months at the club.

The 31-year-old left following the end of his short term contract at the club.

His new club Omonia Nicosia are in this seasons Uefa Champions League Champaign, and take on Polish Champions Legia Warsaw in the 2nd round Qualification tomorrow.
