Ghana star Mohammed Kudus sustains injury six minutes into his UEFA Champions League debut

Kudus has been impressive for the Dutch giants since he joined from FC Nordsjaelland this summer.

Kudus has won two Man-of-the-Match awards from his first three matches for Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie.

The Ghana international was hoping to transform his scintillating form to Europe after he was named in Erik Ten Hag’s starting line up against Liverpool at the Johan Cruyff Arena.

The midfielder sadly limped off six minutes in the encounter due to an injury suffered from a tackle by Fabinho, he was being replaced by Dutch international Quincy Promes.

Kudus has scored 1 goal and registered 3 assists for Ajax so far the Eredivisie.

Ajax lost the game 1-0 , a first half own goal by Nicholas Tagliafico.
