Ghana Premier League side, West African Football Academy (WAFA) have named Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum as their new head coach ahead of the upcoming season

The University of Cape Coast lecturer will lead the team in the upcoming season with his first task set to be in Dormaa against Aduana Stars Football Club

The 41-year-old joined the Academy boys after his short stint with Karela United

The club’s statement reads “We present to you our new head coach for the First Team.”
“[Dr.] Prosper Narteh Ogum takes charge for the upcoming season. We wish him all the best.”
He has had stint with top-flight side Ebusua Dwarfs in the Ghana premier league
Dr.Prosper Narteh Ogum is one of the Ghanaian coaches with a CAF license ‘A’ certificate and hence his appointment as the head coach of the first team of the club
