GFA PRESIDENCY: ‘Unfit Palmer’ Presents Appeal to Ghana Football Association

Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer has officially submitted his appeal to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) over his disqualification.

Palmer was disqualified by the vetting committee of the 2019 GFA election for a breach of Article 33 (5) of the GFA General Regulations.

And also based on the decision of the Ethics Committee for a comment he made on the Black Stars not qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

The appeal is therefore an attempt for Palmer to challenge the reasons for his disqualification and to pave way for him to be able contest the upcoming presidential elections.

The elections is scheduled to take place on October 25th, 2019.
