GFA ELECTIONS: Randy Abbey, Mark Addo, Sammy Anim Addo are on the Executive Council

Randy Abbey, Mark Addo and Sammy Anim Addo have all been elected onto the new Ghana Football Association Executive Council.

Delegates of the Division One League Clubs made the decision through voting at the GFA Secretariat on Thursday

The Heart of Lions Bankroller attracted 26 votes, just a vote beyond Mark Addo who pulled 25 of the votes. Asamoah Gyan’s Business manager Sammy Anim Addo pulled 19 votes to make up the three slots.

Gideon Fosu nearly scared Anim Addo after falling shot by just two votes with 17 votes as compared to the 19 votes of Anim Addo.

Alhaji Abdul Karim Ahmed popularly known as Grusah missed out big time after securing just 9 votes.

Veteran sports journalist Otuo Acheampong got the shock of his life by earning a meager amount of just 4 votes.

Justice Boison collected 13 votes, Kweku Abaka Eyiah 7 votes and Eric Oppong Yeboah 4 votes.
