GFA ELECTIONS: Fredrick Acheampong, George Amoako, Oduro Sarfo et al Elected onto GFA ExCo

Out of the seven candidates who contested for the five premier slots on the Executive Council, Frederick Acheampong, Nana Oduro Safo, George Amoako, Tony Aubynn and Kingsley Osei Bonsu have been elected onto the newly constituted FA Executive Council.

The five representatives above are clubs administrators of Ashantigold SC, Berekum Chelsea, Asante Kotoko, Medeama and Bechem United respectively who will represent the interests of all the sixteen premier clubs.

Breakdown of the votes saw Dr. Tony Aubynn pulling 14 votes, Fredrick Acheampong earning 11 votes, George Amoako and Kingsley Osei Bonsu attracting 10 votes each and Nana Oduro Sarfo with 9 of the votes to complete the five places on the Executive Council.

Fredrick Moore of Accra Hearts of Oak and Albert Commey of Aduana Stars failed to make the list after attracting just 8 votes and 7 votes respectively.
