Asante Kotoko have confirmed signing of striker William Opoku Mensah on the 2019/20 Ghana premier league transfer deadline day

The 24-year old former Karela United player join the Porcupine Warriors on a year-long deal with an option for a further extension

William Opoku join after a stint in the State League with All-Stars United in Maryland

Coach Maxwell Konadu says: “We know him already and so he is not a player that we are going try. Per the options available to us, I think he is the best and that is why we picked him ahead of the others.”
