Black Stars striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom has been ruled out for a week after he suffered injury with club Red Star Belgrade

The forward suffered the injury at the training ground and sat out of Red Star Belgrade’s 3-1 over the weekend in the Serbian top-flight

He will miss Red Star Belgrade’s Champions League game against Tottenham Hotspur today at the Tottenham Hotspur Sports Stadium

Richmond Boakye Yiadom has been phenomenal for Red Star Belgrade in Europe this season, netting four goals in the competition with three coming in the qualifying rounds of the competition and one in the group stage as well

The striker is hoping to return to full fitness and should be ready for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa on November 15
