Determined Hafiz Adams hopeful of a good start to the 2019/20 season as Aduana Stars FC welcome Inter Allies in Dormaa

Defender, Hafiz Adams is hopeful of a perfect start to the 2019/20 football season over the weekends as his club Aduana Stars host Inter Allies on match day 1 of the season in Dormaa

The former Wa Allstars skipper is determined to see his side kick off the new season on a high note come Sunday when Inter Allies come to town

In an interview with the agile right back, he said ” It’s great to have the league after all that has happened in the past and hopeful we will have a much better competitive league than before”

“We begin the season at home and our target is to start on a high note and hopeful we can amass maximum points against Inter Allies on Sunday and possible make our home a fortress throughout the campaign”

“It is going to be a tough game and pur first competitive match since the NC Special Competition but with the preparations we have had in pre season, we feel prepared and ready enough for the start of the new season”

“Inter Allies is a very good side and we have be well drilled and focused throughout the game come Sunday in order to have a chance of picking up the maximum points”

A premier league title winning skipper with Wa Allstars, Hafiz is hoping to help guide the Ogya boys to the title this season well

“We have had players who left the club but on the other side too as well, the club has done some signings and hopeful they will settle in quick and help us this season”

“Winning the title this campaign will be a great feeling but we have to take it game after game and see where we will finish at the end of the season”

“Staying injury free and maintaining a good form throughout the season is the main aim for me having missed the majority of games last time out with injuries”

The former Wa Allstars skipper has won the Super Cup title with the club since leaving his boyhood club two seasons ago
