Defender Zakaria Issahaque Joins Somali League Champions Mogadishu City Club

Former Wa All Stars SC defender Zakaria Issahaque has officially joined Somali Premier League champions Mogadishu City Club

The versatile defender signed a two year contract with the reigning champions of the Somali Top flight league following his departure from city rivals Elman SC

Zakaria Issahaque spent two seasons with Elman SC haven joined from former Ghana Premier League champions Wa All Stars SC

Throughout his stay with Elman SC, the tough tackling defender scored twice and provided fourteen assists during his time with Elman SC guiding them to consecutive 4th place finish

Zakaria Issahaque is expected to be part of Mogadishu City Club champions league squad ahead of the new season as well as playing a pivotal role in their title defence

He is expected to feature to Mogadishu City Club in the on-going General Daud Cup competition in Somalia ahead of the commencement of the new football season

Zakaria Issahaque will wear the no.14 shirt for his new side in the upcoming season
