Defender Kennedy Kofi Boateng Grabs Maiden Assist Of The Season For SV Ried In Austria

Ghanaian defender Kennedy Kofi Boateng grabbed his first assist of the season for SV Ried in their narrow 1-2 defeat away from home against Rheindorf Altach in the Austrian top flight league on Sunday

The former West African Football Academy defender picked the assist for his side’s only goal of the game in the 33rd minute setting up German international Julian Wiessmeier to score a consolation goal

The assist is his first of the season for SV Ried in over 911 minutes of football action so far in to the season

SV Ried sit 11th on the league table after 22 league games with 16 points
