Ghanaian defender Daniel Opare registered his debut assist for Zulte-Waregem in their narrow 1-2 away defeat to OH Leuven in the Belgian top flight league on Saturday

The former Real Madrid defender grabbed his assist in the 70th minute of the game as he set-up Burundi international Saido Berahino for his side’s consolation goal

The assist is his first of the season in eight appearances for Zulte-Waregem since joining them this campaign

Zulte-Waregem sit 14th on the league table with 7 points after 8 league matches
