Daniel Darkwah return from injury to help propel Enyimba FC to a narrow win over FC San Pedro in the Caf Confederation Cup

Defender, Daniel Darkwah made a return from injury on Sunday afternoon for Enyimba Football Club in their hard fought 1-0 narrow win over Ivorian minors FC San Pedro in the Caf Confederation Cup

The left-back has been out of action for a couple of weeks with a back problem which made him miss two matches for his side including their opening defeat in the Caf Confederation Cup to Hassaini Agadir

Darkwah walked straight into the starting line-up after returning to training later this week and was influential throughout the match as Enyimba FC record their first win of the competition

The return of the left-back is a major boost for his side following his impressive start to the season with the Nigerian outfit since joining them this summer
