Corona Virus: Black Stars defender Rashid Sumaila with six guidelines to stay safe
Ghanaian international and Al Qadsia SC defender Rashid Sumaila has added his voice to the rest of the world to help fight the pandemic ( Coronavirus known as CONVID19) that has brought the world to silence
The former Kumasi Asanate Kotoko defender known for his hard tackles and accurate defending has cautioned Ghanaians to be vigilant and adhere to the government guidelines as we embark to fight this together
Rashid further on highlighted his Six guidelines which he believes can be practice commonly and daily by Ghanians
1. Regular Wash your hands with soap and under running water
2. Sneeze/Cough into tissue or your sleeve. Disposse it into a close bin after use
3. Avoid touching yout eyes, nose and mouth
4. Clean and Disinfect frequent touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, and phones etc
5. Use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
6. Avoid hugs and handshakes, observe prescribe social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus
Ghana has now recorded 52 cases with 2 deaths and is getting worrying
He concluded by saying ” as I sympathies with the victims and families am firmly that we will win this battle together with the rest of the world”
