Club Friendly: Nana Ampomah with a quartet of goals as Fortuna Dusseldorf thrashed SW Dusseldorf

With the international break currently on going, European major football leagues has come to a halt for now clubs all over are engaging in friendlies in order to keep players who are not on national duties busy and active

Bundesliga side Fortuna Dusseldorf were among such clubs as they engaged lower tier side SW Dusseldorf in a friendly encounter

Injury returnee, Nana Ampomah featured in the match as he aims at returning to full fitness following his injury layoff last month

The Ghanaian youngster scored four times on the afternoon as the bundesliga outfit demolished the lower tier side 6-1

Fortuna Dusseldorf went into the break with 4-0 lead thanks to a first half hat-trick from Nana Ampomah and a further goal from Thomas Pledl

He then added his fourth and the club’s fifth goal of the match before Burak Yesilay made it six for the bundesliga club before the lower tier side scored a consolation with twelve minutes to end the match

Nana Ampomah will hope to use this international break to work on his fitness as he awaits his first competitive game for the bundesliga outfit
