Ghanaian international, Christian Atsu has returned to training with Newcastle United as the return of the premier league season edge closer

The winger was among the few players to have returned to the training ground for Newcastle United on Wednesday morning

The premier league has given clubs the greenlight to training in smaller groups as they draw closer and closer to the completion of the season which got halted due to the novel coronavirus pandemic across the globe

Atsu, who has had limited playing time in the league is hoping to play a major role for his club in the final stages of the league season
