With just a day to the big clash between Black stars ‘B’ against their West African counterparts Burkina Faso in Kumasi at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium

Goal keepers trainer of the team, Coach Najahu Issah is optimistic of his side’s chances of victory over Burkina Faso on Sunday

The experienced trainer who has been around the local team set up over two years now says and a member of the Gold medal winning WAFU tournament in Ghana ” With the level of preparations the team have gone through for the past month is evidence we are fully prepared and ready for the big task ahead of us on Sunday”

Ghana last participation in the tournament was in 2004 and hopes are high for the team to make it next year’s championship

The Wa Allstars goalkeepers trainer added ” The team spirit in camp is very high and there has been improved togetherness among the playing body as well as the technical staff led by Coach Maxwell Konadu”

Ghana last at this stage of Qualifiers against same opponent Burkina Faso losing 2-1 at the Baba Yara stadium after holding them 2-2 in Ouagadougou

Coach Nahaju further said ” We have learnt from the past and we are fully prepared and hope to avoid any set back on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium”

On conclusion, he called Ghanaians to come all out come Sunday and cheer them to victory

” We are calling on well wishes and all in the country to come out and support us to victory against Burkina Faso especially fans in and within Kumasi as we will be playing at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium”

Final preparations for the match will be at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium today ahead of the cagey encounter on Sunday
