CAF CL: Asante Kotoko gets two(2) pass Etoile Du Sahel

Augustine Okrah and Richard Arthur got the two goals for the Porcupine Warriors as they win in a packed stadium.

The first goal was a set piece and Augustine Okrah strikes the ball with purity and power into the left bottom corner before Richard Arthur beats an offside trap and placed the ball beautifully beyond the stretch of the Etoile goalie and into the net.

Kotoko fans are apprehensive and rightly so because anything can happen in the return leg. They packed the Baba Yara Sports stadium and gave the Porcupine Warriors a charged atmosphere and so they think 2 goals isn’t enough ahead of the return leg in Tunisia in two weeks time.

Comparatively, the players were really into the game but for some misfiring from George Abege, Empem Dacosta and substitute Yongne Yacouba.

In two weeks time in Tunisia for the return leg coach Zachariassen will need to prove his tactical ability by mapping out a strategy of defending the two goals to ensure Kotoko progress to next the face of the competition.
