Botswanan Premier League side Township Rollers FC has announced the signing of Ghanaian forward Francis Afriyie

Francis Afriyie joins from financially- plagued Kenyan Premier League side Gor Mahia on a two-and-a-half-year contract

A statement released by Rollers read: ”Township Rollers Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Ghana-born forward Francis Afriyie.”

”The 24-year-old, who turns 25 on January 18 joins the Blues from current Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia on a two and a half year contract.”

He scored 6 goals in 11 appearances for the Kenyan Premier League champions

He has had stints in Europe for Serbian side Vojvodina and in North America for Mexican side Murcielagos
