Black Stars pitch invader, Suleman Awal has been fined GH¢ 2,400 by the Cape Coast Circuit Court ‘B’ on Thursday morning
He was at the Cape Coast Circuit Court ‘B’ today for the final hearing of the case and was charged with offensive disturbance and resisting arrest
The 25-year old unemployed nurse will serve three months in jail should he fail to pay the fine of GH¢ 2,400 and was also made to sign a bond of good behavior as well in court
Suleman Awal invaded the pitch during the Black Stars 2-0 victory against South Africa in the 2021 AFCON qualifiers at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium
The 25 year old made his way onto the pitch during the 74th minute of the encounter but was apprehended by the security officials after a heated chase
